Driffield soon bounced back with Polly Burgess scoring a cracking goal, top bins. Alford and District soon came back with a good pass to a quick forward putting them up 2:1. With a strong hit from Fiona Tuplin to the left post with Katie Lee deflecting it into the goal putting the score too 2:2. A lovely transfer round the back with Meg Sellars, Ella Dean, Vicky Banister and Henri Williams, the ball got up to Katie Lee scoring another deflected goal pushing Driffield up to 3:2. The whistle blew for half time and Driffield came back on with Kat again making some brilliant saves but Driffield managed to concede 2 goals with the score becoming 6:3. Driffield soon put their heads up with Emily Collinge winning a free hit at the 23 line.
