Events Organiser - Suggest and Organise Fund Raising Events, Junior
Presentation, Summer Hockey, Past v Present
Funding Officer - Apply for funding throughout the season.
Captain - Select Squads, Confirm Matches with Opposition/Teas/Umpires, Match
Sheets, Update Team on Website, Collect Team Monies and Hand over at
Meetings, Match reports
Vice Captain - Assist Captain with above jobs.
Senior Coach - Take Weekly Sessions, Apply for Payment from Treasurer monthly,
Liaise with Captains
Head Coach - Recruit coaches for the season. Oversee all coaches. Organise
recruitment drives for new players. Promote talented players to
higher selectors. Check qualifications are up to date.
Junior Coach - Coach Sessions, Select Teams, Take Teams on Sundays.
Junior Admin - Check Membership correct. Chase Junior Payments. Keep
website updated. Liaise with Parents - in person or on website.
Welfare Officer - Keep DBS up to date. Deal with discipline and disputes.
Health & Safety Officer - Risk assessments. Safeguarding. First Aid
Umpire - Arrive 15 minutes before push back to prepare. Fill in Match Sheet.
Apply for Payment from Treasurer monthly
Umpire Co-ordinator - Organise weekly umpires for matches at home.
Occasionally for away matches. Liaise with captains
Dinner Dance Co-ordinator - Book Venue. Issue blank menu’s. Collate menu replies.
Organise Table plan. Liaise with Venue
Media Officer - Keep Facebook/Twitter/Insta updated. Create Posters for
events and send to webmasters.
5 Year Plan Officer - Update Accreditation
Membership Sec - Approve Memberships. Chase Senior Payments. Liaise with
Junior Admin’s.
Equipment Officer - Order Equipment when needed. Update Equipment Itinerary.
